Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a product from our shop, you agree to all of the following Terms and Conditions. The HQ PKM team reserves the right to cancel and refund any orders from those who have not read the Terms and Conditions.
Shipping and Delivery:
Buyers located in VAT-collecting countries (e.g., the UK) will have to pay the import VAT at the time of import, which is also known as DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). In this scenario, the import VAT may be first paid by the shipping carrier or customs agent on behalf of the shopper, in addition to any customs brokerage fees. They will then bill the shopper and release the goods once paid. If the shopper refuses to pay the bill, then the goods may be returned to the merchant.
Any customs or taxes that may apply to each order after shipping are to be handled and paid by the buyer.
All physical products (books and merch) displayed in our shop are leftovers. Should shipping be subject to delays, updates will be announced on our zine’s Twitter account.
The HQ PKM team is not responsible for any additional delays or fees once the product has been sent to the Post Office. All shipping options automatically include a tracking number.
Packaging:
All products will be shipped inside protective mailers with an additional wrapping to minimize damaged edges or scuffing. Orders including any non-flat merch will utilize additional packaging to protect your items from any sharp edges.
Refunds & Returns:
During the leftovers sales period, refunds and returns will not be accepted.
